There aren't exactly a lot of MAME Plus specific inps at MARP. He probably wants to want replays from some japanese replay sites.

You can use WolfMAME Plus though, if it is 0.77 or later. You do have to be aware, that you'll need to use -nom68k_c_core for 0.77-0.80, and that many Neo Geo replays may not work due to hacks being disabled in WolfMAME Plus.

Unfortunately, it looks as though Mog's archive of MAME Plus binaries has gone. Something about server space, Babelfish wasn't a lot of help (is it ever? :))

That's exactly the reason. Specifically the mog-replay site. They use alot of older mame-plus (79,81) versions. I tried Wolf but they desynced within seconds. I hadn't tried any special flags yet (they were not neo geo games though).
