hear ye, hear ye MAMEDEV (help us fix mame?)

Ok, now we have a nicely documented list of games that don't playback in current mame36b15 (some of those games actually did playback at some point, m33b4) so there might be a chance they can be made to work with the current version.

What i want to know if anyone has some MAMEDEV connections to put the recordability issues of these games into their TODO lists, so we can get mame to record the games which are currently broken. flipshot or lastbld2 in particular

Already did this a couple days ago. Trying to bring it to Zsolt
Vasvari's attention. So far all I know is that the driver causing the
problem is the vicdual.c driver.
