I have always thought the first one was Berzerk. Did Stratovox come out before Berzerk?

Also these 1980 games have some speech:
King & Balloon
Crazy Climber

Any others?

yep..I always thought it was Berzerk also.

I think it depends on how you define speech also cuz old games like Thief had a cassette tape that played "speech" during the gameplay. I wouldn't call that speech sounds since it's not stored on chips but just playing an analog tape recording.

In the 1980's I went to a arcade and remenber playing Stratovox.
A very short while later they brought in Berzerk which had sound
too. Berzerk had copyright of 1980 not sure for Stratovox so
they might be in same time frame.
