Best I've got is around 40 ships, and can even make it higher...When playing very good can even gain ships at high speed levels. But how many ships you have in store does not really matter...as seen from my inp ending, typical way to finish game
Another typical way for gameover is when that laserbeam ship attacks combined with bulletrain, ouch.
I'll try get back to the game later, when feeling fast and loose...

How do you manage to get through after the 6-7++ wormhole without losing ships! The last time I played Tac/Scan 5 years ago, the game prevent from getting marathon after 7 or 8 wormhole. I guess that Mame Dev. must have fixed the analog control bug, by now.
Tar... I seen and played Tac/Scan once and it does have a spinner and two buttons. The next time I saw that machine, again! The monitor got fried and it disappeared a month later. I'll never seen that full working Tac/Scan game ever since!
