Do you know if Marc is still updating the TG Mame High Score page? We seem to be the only people interested in it..........

It's in my harddrive. Have been playing the game every now and then a little...Practicing, not recording, starting from save state at 350k or 550k. I think game gets at it's full speed(which is FAST)at a 600 or 700k. Trying to improve score a little before submitting. I want to see how good I can get, propably will get tired of the game soon and submit something.
I want to know before submitting IF it's possible that TG records are valid(100M and 57M). At the moment I think they are not...I can not be 100% sure about that though, untill I play the game enough.
The problem is not tunnel...with spinner I rarely loose ships at that. I watched your inp Tar, you should use mouse with enough sensitivity.
Also, the problem, if playing well, is not to run out of ships...
Problem is that at 2d shooting stage you loose ALL your visible/active ships simultaniously, in a swift enemy stroke(You have ships in store, but if you loose your last ship in gameplay...game over...no matter if you have 40 ships in store ). I play with 2 active ships on the screen, sometimes 3 or more for a short while. There's a slight lag, when you loose a ship, taking new ship into play. So my practice games allmost allways gameover having 20+ ships in store. I can manage to survive few rounds at toughest speed, but to make it upto 100M seems impossible to do. That 100 524 200 TG score is published at Joystick magazine...So it is submitted using photograph. Points rollover at 1M...So hes picture would show 524 200 score....
So shortly, I still try find limits for a good game. That 840k game is not very impressive...I mainly get there simply by milking the ships stored in early levels...making sure I don't run out active ships simultaniously...That way played, much bigger scores are not possible. With 2 ship tactic they might not be either
