Everything seems fine, however there is a reason for that. You should have played it back one more time, then it would have worked
The first time you play it back while you've never played it before it plays back to 66.000, and even stop the playback before the game is over. After that first try it keeps on playing back to the advertised score of 29.000. The reason for that is that it have created a default .CFG file that this game needs to playback.
My guess is that you haven't played it yourself or confirmed any other scores before you tried Phil's recording.
I'm sure if you run it now, it will work, unless you've deleted the .CFG file.
Phil, how about adding to the description that players must delete the .CFG before playback, then your score is 66.000 and not 29.000
