I tried and it did not work for me. Hopefully wrx2 can post what settings he used, or make a new recording.

cfg. makes it work now

11,000 1st ship
20,000 2nd ship
25,000 3rd ship
ends at 32,820

overclock set at 40%
lower setting makes emulation faster for slow systems
sound enabled , however
he recorded without sound

wrx2 wants to know why cfg. matters
also score change 10 points less
game is good / I accept as satisfactory

zlk / skito
confirm?

Firstly, using overclocking will always screw up the playbackability of an INP. Secondly, it can cause the game to slowdown in places it wouldn't otherwise. Basically, it should not be allowed.

I didn't have time to double check this one on 98 (might work then) but it appears to still fail in XP even with the config file for me, yeah overclocking bad, autoframeskiping is really the only alternative (for those games that don't need fs=0), unfortunatley mame is getting slower and slower :( this is space invaders and it still can't get 80% framerate on a 1800mhz chip :)

For what it's worth, it appears to play correctly for me with WRX2's config file.
