It clearly violates the special rules. The game was not emulated correctly in MAME70. It was fixed in MAME71 --> the game is much harder now. Hence the special rules.
i would if i could get the damn thing to playback to verify it really is a tgmame70 recording (yeah it's nit picking but just protocol) i'm not going to change the score unless i can verify it really is using a mame against the rules. it doesn't even start up, tgmame70 crashes for me using this inp. if two more people do the same then i'll zero it for playbackability at least.
check again, the 22400 went underneat the pre-existing 22800 score which i also think playsback to something other than the advertised score. unless that's the same recording just uploaded as 22800 and 23100.
Yes, it's the same recording. For some reason he submitted the exactly same inp three times, each with different score. Don't ask me why... So if you edit this one, there's still one recording underneath with wrong score.
