No, only the default MAME Plus .ini has cheats enabled.
The problem is that enabling/disabling cheats using the GUI version of MAME Plus doesn't make a difference (from within the GUI or the .ini). Cheats are always enabled.
Cheats 0 works fine for the CLI version of MAME Plus.
What I meant is that if I record using the GUI version and play the recording back using the command line version then it tells me I had cheats enabled even if I didn't.
I have cheats disabled in my mame.ini and in my GUI settings, but I still see 'cheat' in the in-game menu.
