Toggling Toggle

Has anybody here ever played Toggle in the arcade? Is it still broken, or is there actually only 3 levels in the 'real' version?

It ain't broken, it's supposed to be that way...
Case in point, wait till the rules screen shows up (don't do anything
after you load the game), it says there are only three rounds.
