We had a thread on this game previously....it seems only some can get inps for this to play back. I wasn't even able to get my own inps to playback successfully on my own machine.
It seemed to be an issue of if at any point you came very close to a enemy car or collided then the playback of it might end up in a different result cuz the car type/model of the cars each time you playback the inp file is different.
Try making an inp...noting the car types you first encounter..and jot down the exact times when you play....then play the inp back a few times. You will notice the car models change each time...plus from differences in interactions with those cars your own inp playback can get out of sync where you end up crashing at some spot instead of narrowly avoiding the crash....or even if it completes if you had any slowdowns from brushing other cars etc. you will notice a difference in the race times.
