I think that this lost sync after some time. Can anyone confirm this?. (delete the nvram file; tgmame66)

I replay this one, but the score is 32600, not 23600.

well sometimes xp and 98 are different but not in this case, at least i just booted to xp pro and tried it with "-nosound -frameskip 11 -nothrottle" (for speed) and it worked perfectly again. Other things you can check (besides no nvram and checking that the pointer in mame.ini is going to the right/wrong place) to get it to playback is: make sure hiscore.dat is removed, and try with cntrl hotrod or ctrnl (not there) in mame.ini both of these worked for me. i'd be curious if you change something in mame.ini and get it to playback so i can add it to the playback sticky as something to try to make things work...

No *.nv ram file
No *.hi file
No sound
No throttle
Control Hotrod
Frameskip 11

(default cfg for shadowland)

But not working (till the big frog it works ok; till 8200 points).

I send my mame.ini in order you to check it... Other inp file for the same autor don´t work for me too. For example, lightbringer replay.

My mame32.ini (alphamame32 .66)

I tried changing your options in my mame.ini and it would always playback. try with this mame.ini and see if it helps.

this is really a last resort (i'm not sure what could be causing it unless it's just windows eXtra crapPy) try just redownloading alphamame64 and the inp file, perhaps they are corrupted? It could be the random thing too which is fixed in mame66, this recording would still be zereod for playback reasons if i'm the only person that can play it back (and two others besides you couldn't.)
