Has anyone had problems with the MARP site recently?

Whenever I try to go anywhere that's ran by a script or if I go anywhere logged in as myself, it tells me to hit reload, because a new server is ready, as the old one isn't working at the moment or something. After I reload, though, it repeats the same message, usually with an "a" below it. It's been like this for at least the past 5 or 6 hours, and I can't submit anything as a result. The only way I can go to the site is without being logged in. Has anyone had similar problems today with the site?
If you're reading this Zwaxy, which I hope you do, can you fix this? =)

I just tried MARP on a T3 internet connection, and when you try to
access anything CGI-tied to retrogames, the error SD talks about
happens...
Zwaxy, time to get on the horn!
