no playback here mame32 with and with out sound, best i can do is 75 points no klax, can anyone else try to complete the dq?

Klax seems to be a lot picky regarding sound options and playback. I remember confirming jbs's klaxj recording, but I had to use exact samplerate and right windows soundsystem option +maybe stereo/mono +maybe fx/no fx...

Took me long time to get the right combination with mame32 to playback it properly. There are so many combinations to choose from. Should have commented the sound options right then, but didn't cause I'm not an editor.
You should allways comment the sound options used at this game, put that in the special rules for the game. Anyway good luck for trying to playback, you only have to try it maybe 10 times with different options to reach the propability to succeed.

unfortunately there ar no FX, stereo, soundsystem options in win55, just samples/resample/freq. I've tried nearly all combinations of this and still i only get 75 with nvram removed. I'll bet this is a non default nvram issue if not the wrong mame version. can you try it tommi?

No, I cant, I don't have mame32 55, would take over hour to find the right mame, download and play with all the options. Score is not impressive enough for the effort.
I tried it using dosmame 55 though, looked just like sound problem to me.

Why can't he be satisfied with the 75 points then

NOT finding the mame version should be considered a playback problem. I.e. when people record with an unofficial version that can't be found anywhere a year after it's created... though 32 55 is easy to find, please try this tjt.
