Won't play back in MAME 0.61 with sound disabled. Appears to lose sync early, but doesn't die (god knows how) until the first boss.

but i make a mistake.

I didn't record it under mame61 but under mame32 0.61 with sound.

Can you try it?

Dodonpachi doesn't playback correctly when sound is used, unless you use a version prior to 0.37b15, and in that case you still need to mention what sample rate was used.

Tell me which sample rate you did use, and I'll try it, but I highly doubt that it'll playback at all well.

sample rate is 44100. My mame version is exactly Mame 32 PLUS! 0.61

Nope, doesn't playback. Dies at ~701k.
