Super Off Road rev 3

This version defaults to 4 credits per coin (it actually just uses the same default EEPROM data as the other revision, including the Track Pack, so the format of the data stored likely changed between rev 3 and 4). Should we allow use of all the credits given to increase the money available to spend (as demonstrated in the INP above), or strictly adhere to the 1 credit limit? Either way, continues shouldn't be allowed.

Of course, it's also entirely possible that the EEPROM from rev 3 could actually get dumped, and that could be set to 1 coin/1 credit.

To be fair, it's hard to know what the defaults are, since there is no reset to defaults option.

I don't see why we should allow for 4 credits on this revision even if current settings allows that
Otherwise what, you can't play like Virtua Fighter 2 because defaults sets to 2 coins 1 credit? :x

Unfortunately, you can't check your score until all credits are used up, it will simply start a new game immediately after the continue timer. If you do nothing at initial entry, it goes into demo mode, and eats up a credit (you can take control if you want).

Best way to just use 1 credit would be to force players to set the game to 1 coin/credit in service mode before playing. (Which is a pain for me with default key settings it causes a switch to a different virtual desktop)
