Asteroids (rev 4)

There are two scores under this title that were played with .106 but I'm pretty sure this rom revision wasn't available back then. This is a game where the parent rom changed and I think these are just entered under the wrong revision and probably were played using revision 2.

You are correct, rev 4 was added in 0.132u2.
