Grand Champion score clearance

I recommend clearing all scores on Grand Champion and setting minimum version use to current version (or v133 is we want to be picky). it has become much more playable since v109, i believe (work started around v102, most of the major items were implemented by 110, but driver work is still not 'complete'). this game was a joke before, and on top of that, some of the scores, like the current #1, do not playback.
