I have tried to report as many of them as possible in a ~200-games-long list of unarchived games that should be at least checked for archiving. And even then, I'm sure that's not all of them.
...
I will be investigating this list over the next two weeks and report back. Thanks for your patience!!

Forgot to mention
supgoal
Nerae! Super Goal (J 981218 V1.000)
which was mentioned by Phil.
Doesn't really matter that you can't get more than 1 medal... it's a medal game. Totally should be archived.

And I'd add also
telpacfl
TelePachi Fever Lion (V1.0)
because it's Pachinko, we did archive those as well.

Can we have a list ?
Ngalsumr has been erroneously archived, this is not a bet mahjong (belongs to category C)

Checked, this machine looks like it could be a BET as it has similarities with them but, at least with default settings, it is impossible to "bet" or even payout, you don't win credits but points.
I would agree that this belongs to category C. (this must have been archived the actual first time that bet mahjongs were treated for it)

ar_spot
Spot (Arcadia, V 2.0)
http://replay.marpirc.net/r/ar_spot

This one could be archived as well. (I forgot to mention it before)
There are limited moves since the credit ends after one match, the CPU isn't random either nor the sequence of available fields is.
Not saying with 100% certainty that 11 is the max. possible score for Marp, but, even if someone is able to beat the score, it is too much easy to repeat/copy it since the length. (apparently it's so easy to even copy the pauses on specific moves and the change of idea on a move, from another person's submission)

Always the same questions, just a matter of being quick on the buzzer.

Archived. Very noble of you to give up a first place score! Cheers!

I'd suggest to archive

ojankoca
Ojanko Club (Japan, Program Ver. 1.2)
http://replay.marpirc.net/r/ojankoca

and ONLY this clone, the issues don't affect the parent romset.
Ver. 1.2 isn't random and that's pretty much it. I submitted a replay to prove it (my moves tell that I'm not playing by logic) (you can even see by yourself by just playing a few hands over and over). The order of tiles and future hands doesn't change, even if you close a hand after a different amount of moves, or call pon... I didn't test out all of the possible factors that could affect the order (inserting coin after a cycle of attract mode? different opponent?), but, it's still very easy to replicate by bare hand(s) and memorization.

Does it ever end or reach a point limit? Kinda. I tried to keep raising my score as much as possible, I've come to a point where the opponent woman couldn't find any more item to pay me with (i.e. there aren't any more different sprites saved to use, to cover the big score), so the game crashed. (a smaller hand would have let me proceed but just to delay the unavoidable)
Eventually, it restarts with temporary lack of sound and you cannot select who is the next opponent ("push A, B, C" doesn't work), but you can keep playing with the score being reset. I stopped there, at the first crash, just because I felt like showing enough.

As I said above, the parent [ojankoc] which is Ver 1.3 does actually look more random, so that one is regular mahjong afaik.

Random tour into the S today.

sunaq is a quiz game in korean that slipped through. (it's empty of scores hence why I didn't notice it at first)

Also
are we not archiving pachinkos? (sxyreact, sxyreac2)

Also found 2 more unarchived BET mahjongs.
royalmj
Royal Mahjong (Japan, v1.13)
(some clones of this are not on list so I guess they've been archived already)
tahjong
Tahjong Yakitori (ver. 2-1)
(which is a clone of royalmj)

royalmj: deleted parent and made sure all 4 clones were removed too
sunaq: deleted

sxyreact, sxyreac2:
No change as these are classified as Arcade / Pinball which I believe we agreed to keep this category
Games that are Electromechanical / Pinball are not allowed at MARP

Found more BET mahjongs that can be archived (at this point I should really sit down one day and check them all, rather than finding a couple of them in random days) EDIT: I still found more after I first posted. Pat please write down a reply of confirmation when you made an update so I'll eventually stop editing this post.

Watashiha Suzumechan (Japan)
[suzume]

Mahjong Super Da Man Guan II (China, V754C)
[sdmg2]

Sexy Gal (Japan 850501 SXG 1-00)
[sexygal]
ATTN: the clone, sweetgal, is a mahjong type C, so please don't archive that (although, still not working so we currently can't play it - machine gets stuck on the girl animation whether you win or lose after first match - or hangs even before that sometimes).

Mahjong Senka (Japan)
[mjsenka]
Emulation improved in mame 0.223, still not playable, but we can see it's a BET mahjong.

Mahjong Senpu
[mjsenpu]

Mahjong Vegas (Japan, unprotected)
[mjvegasa]
Working Bet mahjong. The parent, mjvegas, doesn't work and I can't confirm if it's the same thing (probably it is).

Mahjong Electron Base (parts 2 & 4, Japan)
[mjelctrn]
and all the clones
Mahjong Electron Base (parts 2 & 3, Japan) [mjelct3]
Mahjong Electron Base (parts 2 & 3, alt., Japan) [mjelct3a]
Mahjong Electron Base (parts 2 & 4, Japan, bootleg) [mjelctrb]
Mahjong Electromagnetic Base [mjembase]

Mahjong Shinkirou Deja Vu (Japan)
[mjdevavu]

Mahjong Shinkirou Deja Vu 2 (Japan)
[mjdejav2]

Night Bunny (Japan 840601 MRN 2-10)
[ngtbunny]

Night Love (Japan 860705)
[nightlov]

Found a slot machine that slipped through.
Orchid Mist (0101241V, New Zealand)
[orchidmsnz]
