ok, the lens was said to be up close to the window, while they filmed the earth from "deep space".
they were in low earth orbit, so, looking out of the window, you would see the earth in all it's massiveness. so, they blacked out the light, and filmed from the back of the craft, so the port hole was 8 - 10 feet away from the camera. this way, the circumference of the port hole is what you see to be the outline of the earth, making it look like the earth from thousands of miles away, when they were actually in earths orbit all the time. y'see?
Sorry, I don't find this to be a convincing evidence at all, on the contrary. What this (rather irritating) woman talks on the clip doesn't reflect at all what I see happening in the images...
I see whole Earth in those images. If they would be filming close to earth, from back of the craft, using shuttle window as sort of "filter" on what we see; we'd see only part of the earth, not the whole shebang.
The lights are off inside the vehicle exactly so that they could film the Earth. When it comes to images being in colour inside the craft but b&w on moonwalks...I'm certain there is a technical explanation for that as well.
also, when i watch the news and they link up with a reporter in another country on a LIVE connection, there is a delay of about 3 seconds, in 2012.
I don't agree with that, not to my experience. If you see such lag, it's because of poor/slow connections, rerouting through satellite, conversion from analog to digital, slow hardware etc.
Online gamers can vouch that there may be a small lag. Now let's assume you're communicating to other side of the globe:
Earth circumference: 40,000 km
Light speed: 300,000 km/s
40/300 =
0.13 seconds, for a ROUNDTRIP around globe
Speed of radio waves equals light speed in vacuum, so let's calculate, roughly, how long radio waves take on a one-way transmission to Moon...
Moon distance: 384,000 km (on average)
Radio wave speed: 300,000 km/s
384/300 =
1.28 seconds, ONE WAY ticket to the Moon
1.18-1.35 seconds depending on Moon distance from Earth, also there might be some extra lag between radio tower and base etc
however, they want us to believe that astronaughts in deep space do NOT have a delay in radio correspondance, in 1969. impossible.
Actually you're making a very powerful argument there, the best I've heard so far on Moon landing conspiracy theories. The clip you posted doesn't make a credible case for that though.
This is imo the best clip on making your case:

In fact it got me somewhat suspicious of moon landings for a moment! How come there is no lag between Houston&Moon! As far as I know, the above clip is legit... the times between responses are not edited.

Sorry to be a spoilsport, but I did found the correct explanation though. And imo the explanation is even more fascinating than the conspiracy theory... in fact I find the explanation CONFIRMING that indeed the exchange was between Houston and Moon:
1st: There should NOT be a consistent time delay between every response... since the conversation is being recorded at one end – Mission Control.
Responses from Mission Control could be heard without any delay, as the recording is being made at the same time that Houston receives the transmission from the Moon.
2nd: So that leaves us with claim of no time delay when Moon is responding...
Let's first listen from
EARTH'S vantage point:

Indeed, there is no gap between Houston's response, as expected. But how come Armstrong responses immediately??? - with no lag!!!
Also notice the year long pause in Armstrong's reply in "Houston.............Tranquility Base here, the Eagle has landed"
Now let's listen how the same thing sounded
ON THE MOON, what Neil Armstrong heard from his headphones due to 1.28 second time lag:
http://www.fourmilab.ch/documents/Relat ... n_moon.mp3
HA!
...Neil Armstrong did not reply "too quickly"... in fact what he heard was him and Houston talking on top of each other! - hence the long break before him saying "tranquility base..." - he heard Earth responding ""We copy you down, Eagle." ...and was waiting them to continue/gathered thoughts after being "interrupted".
Very cool!
