Oh man, good stuff. I don't know about the legal system over there but I'm thinking many would have too much pride to file a lawsuit. Maybe only if there was significant physical damage.

Heh, ok well I'm sure he got some scrapes and bruises, but I was thinking more along the lines of broken bones. Although, if the snow was that grainy machine made stuff he must have been pretty scraped up.
