Can someone help my memory ... what was last result for a Brazil-France in WC ?

Anyway, it's a problem for me : Brazil is my favourite team after France, I will be sad in any case to lose one of this teams after 1/4 final, I only hope that the match will be as beautiful as the 1/4 Brazil-France in 1986.

Congrats to Ronaldo who holds now alone record of goals in all WC (15 goals !)

Phil... I hope I will can answer this question differently, but only AFTER THE SATURDAY MATCH ;) I hope! 8)

To me, the most exciting quarter-finals match will be Germany x Argentina, and the next Brazil x France.

Yep, Brazil V Argentina should be good. A conflict of interests here for me with my wagers.
Wager#1: Klose to be top scorer (currently he is with four goals).
Wager#2: Argentina to win the Tournament.

However, I think I'll side with the Germans. Went to the Germany v Poland game in a local pub expecting the place to be full of Polish fans. It was. But also about a hundred German fans showed up. Great laugh and banter (boy do those Polish hate Klose and the other 'traitors' in the German team...)

Will be doing the same later today complete with a Kraftwerk 'Autobahn' t-shirt on board. Will also stay on to cheer the Ukraine. Can't possibly cheer on the Azzurri after that disgraceful dive against the Aussies.
I usually like the Azzurri (Rossi was framed and all that...), but after that last game, no way.

Brazil v France should be good too. I'll miss most of the game as I'm in work :(

Brazil is out!
Not great news, when a team is much sure to win, it lose, remember 1982?
I bet with a lot of people Brazil would not have won the cup!
Eh eh, I'll drunk for long for free!
Sorry for Brazil, this country is part of me.

Should be a good final.

I favour France, and for once will look forward to the 3rd+4th place play-off.
C'mon Klose!

Just as well Henry doesn't take the penalties :-)

All this world cup was a waste of time :^o
On marp we played the final months before!
France is our worse enemythey have eliminated italy in 1986,98 and euro final 2000, but Zidane is the best player of the match.
If we win, can't immagine what will happen in the streets
The world will end.
