First one was a civil case, and was settled, a jackpot.

I found couple of sites with different kind of info... first one Michael fansite, other one not a fansite, obviously.
Don't believe everything you read at net, but here are nevertheless couple links:

http://www.m-jackson.com/jackson/news/paper-english.pdf
http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/010605jackson.html

I was curious what the general opinion is at this point, before the trial.
BBH found out that this is also videogame related :)

If anybody says anything about MJ, people automatically believe it. Doesn't mean it's true though.
Have to admit, that it wouldn't be surprising if they found an elephant in hes bedroom...he's not exactly the norm 8-[

Q: Knock Knock
A: Who's there?
Q: Michael Jackson
A: Michael Jackson who?
Q: Good boy, here's 15 million dollars.

And don't anybody even think about asking what Michael Jackson and K-Mart have in common...

JESUS figure .
bring the little children to me ...
and suffer them not to leave.
Q: should mercy be shown ?
or do we tie the milstone around his neck now ?
A: Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Jesus and the apostles arrive in a small, dusty town to discover an angry mob obviously bent on doing harm. Jesus elbows his way through the crowd to discover a terrified woman cowering on the ground. Only then does he notice that everyone around her is holding stones.

"What's happening here?" he demands. "She's an adulteress," cries a voice. "And she must be stoned to death." "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone," replies Jesus, staring back at the crowd.

At this, everyone falls silent. Then, one by one, they drop their stones and shuffle off, ashamed. Except for one little old woman who staggers up to the adulteress with a monster of a rock in her arms. With a huge effort of will she raises it above her head and craaaaaash!, smashes it down on the other woman, killing her instantly.

Jesus lets out a huge sigh...then says, "You know, Mom, sometimes you really piss me off."

Not heard that one...maybe...

You're better off with 7-11? 8-[

googled a second:
Q:What do MJ and K-Mart have in common?
A:They both have little boys pants half-off.
----
Q:Why does Michael like children so much?
A:He knows how they feel.
----
A confused nine year old boy goes up to his mother
and asks, "Is God male or female?"
After thinking for a moment, his mother responds,
"Well, God is both male and female."
This confuses the little boy so he asks, "Is God black
or white?"
"Well, God is both black and white."
This further confuses the boy so he asks, "Is God gay
or straight?"
At this the mother is getting concerned, but answers
none the less, "Honey, God is both gay and straight."
At this, the boy's face lights up with understanding
and he triumphantly asks, "Is God Michael Jackson?
----
Q: How does Michael Jackson pick his nose?
A: From a catalogue.

In a tangentially related story, too ironic not to share:

On 1/19/05 this article appeared in the St. Petersburg (Florida) Times:

http://www.sptimes.com/2005/01/19/Pasco ... teac.shtml
Seventeen-year-old Adam Clum has wanted to be a teacher since, well, forever.

...he says, "I just love working with kids. It's awesome to have them look up to you. It's nice to be able to teach them things they don't know."
Then on 2/3/05 this ran on ABC Action News:

http://www.wfts.com/stories/2005/02/050203abuse.shtml
A Pasco County teenager is in police custody, accused of molesting a 7-year-old boy.

Adam Warren Clum is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation. Police arrested him Thursday morning at Tarpon Springs Elementary, where the 17-year-old is a student volunteer.
Here's hoping it's all a big misunderstanding.

jtc , good morning.
the first article , in my opinion , seems innocent enough.
Top of the class
the school faculty want people to mentor the youngsters.
steer them into positive directions , but most importiantly ; to listen.
......................................................................................................
Article 2
two weeks after the first news story,
sounds as if the case has already been charged.
Does this mean he is guilty ?
to have the authorities involved is somewhat serious.

remember the board game clue ?
i think it was proffessor CLUM , in the laboritory ,
with the candlestick ? :-s

Very strange:
If he is not guilty it will be a big problem for him.
People will say he pay the judges and the accusation family, and he really is a pedofilo.
If he is guilty, people will say he is a victim, a poor black man killed from mass-media.
I love it, his music is my music, but much people believe what they read.
Only when he is dead, people will recognize him like the greatest artist of all time, but this is not the time.

I have no idea if MJ is guilty or not. The problem with these kinds of acusations though, is that it doesn't matter... cause the public has already made up their mind. Just look at this thread. I don't think it will change much if he is guilty or not. If he is a pedo, he deserve this... if not I feel very sad for him.
