Congrats to Des for winning the playoff (yes, I'm assuming no surprise submissions from the other participants :) ) I didn't play much since Wednesday and don't have any improved scores to submit. And, I've got a Superbowl party to go to so that's it for me.

Many thanks again to John for GEGOTW!
Good score in Bubbles, Don. Hardest game in whole playoff for me.
Thanks! I agree, this is a hard game. I tried to get my friend Greg Bond to show me some tips but he wasn't available. He's gotten over a million on an actual arcade machine.

Star Trek is relatively easy to get up to the 350-400K range, but I know there are people who can marathon it. I just don't know how they manage to do it. Maybe Des figured it out?

I still wasn't able to really get the hang of Demons and Dragons. I couldn't get comfortable moving with the mouse, and there's a noticeable lack of precision and speed trying to play it with dual joysticks like Robotron.

In Star Trek maybe method with using warp to move up or down after grouping enemies can work for marathon. When you warp to up or down you shoot to enemies behind them. You can throw pulse if they are in group.

I have example mng file with it. When I made gif file I will show it. I'm not happy that I didn't marathon this game :D Maybe NotMan will show to us some tricks in free time.

In Bubbles I noticed that better is kill myself on some stages because next stage will be easier (more than easier). In other words you can jump over some hard stages. I noticed it to late (yesterday :D)).
