I saw Francois and Phil's inaugural submissions on the title and tried it myself. Sort of like a mouse-controlled miniature golf game, but you're trying to get a male octopus through some obstacles to his eight-legged Dulcinea.
At first I thought it must have been a prototype or something, but apparently it was actually produced in Japan and just wasn't seen in the U.S. much.

You "spun" (like in tracball bowling games) to maneuver a bouncy octopus through an underwater maze to reach your girlfriend at the end. This only NOW just got added to mame.. but it's still obviously way from playable and the colors are very off. Even if it does ever get fixed.. I doubt it'll be too playable still since tracball games are always a crapshoot in mame.
