Accessing #marp IRC channel via web browser

Postby Weehawk » Fri Jul 02, 2004 1:07 am

Those members disinclined to use a separate IRC client can access the #marp channel to chat with fellow members via the applet at:

edit: ****** see link in post below ***********

Just click on the link above and type your username in the box, then click "OK"

There's always several of us there, but be patient if no one happens to be watching their screen when you first arrive.

The previously linked applet is still there, but didn't work for a lot of people.

This one should be more reliable:

If you've never visited us in the irc channel, please stop by and say hello.

Are you able to access irc.lazynet.org and #marp? Server discontinued? Alternatives?

Working for me, although I did have issues a couple weeks back where the server was unreachable. No one else had that issue, though.
