It is the replay at the bottom, although both replays are quite good.

Yes I used emeraldmame to watch the replay. You can download emeraldmame from that site.

I'm guessing this thread isn't worth using now that it had gone off-topic? :P

the Dangun Feveron recording would have been more interesting if he was actually playing for score.

I just got done confirming Bandit's Gradius II recordings. The level of play is very impressive.

I used emeraldmame37b16 with sound sample rate 44100. It is important not to use f10 to get them to play back properly. If you watch till the end, Bandit has well over 50 men in reserve when the game just gives up, goes to a game over screen and the bullets form a nice "number 1" pattern. These are great replays.

looked at the gradius game.
i decided that these great recordings are too much.
he conquers the game with no losses
the .inp = 40 megabytes
that is extreme
it scares me
i went thru 1 loop at 100% with sound
700,000 + score
escape key

i prefer average gamers
i viewed 2 inputs sent in by wonder
gyrodyne
garyoret

79,000
40,000
short normal gameplay
thank - you

BBH sent in first place on fantasy land 2 ,000,ooo
wonder has 8th place with 600,000
i wish to remain sane
bye

Oh, I have an emoticon for Popeye:

I'd rather take over the Missionary to the Lions position at the Taipei Zoo than play that game.

It's been mentioned already, but that 10 mil gradius INP absolutely blows me away 8O

Anyways...

Supposedly a galpans2 INP that gets 100% on all 12 stages; but with the INP still unconfirmed even today, I kinda doubt its authenticity...

haven't really look at or checked this inp for suspiciousness, but the reason i didn't confirm it before is because the recording hurries through the boobie shots, what a prude. I'm kinda alone in thinking inps should have full cut scenes added in to really show what the game is capable of; inps shouldn't be to show that the recorder needs to hurry through just to get the recording made faster... well it's confirmed now, playsback just about every way i try it. (I think these two messages belong as a thread in the playbackability forum.)

Well, if the person has seen the cut scene a billion times, they're not going to want to sit through it if they don't have to... I mean let's say you let some extra cut scene roll, then you screw up later in the recording and have to do a new one... then you have to sit through all the crap in the beginning again... that just gets irritating and slows things down.

But, I'm in agreement in that if you're completely skipping boobies on Gal's Panic or Mahjong games, then why the hell are you playing?! :D
