WCC6 : the winner is Pat33999 !!!

Post by Phil Lamat » Fri Mar 17, 2006 8:32 pm

Congrats Pat !!!!
You've won with a large advance (68 pts against 46 for 2nd place).
Your highlights IMO are completion of sstriker, and almost completion of sengoku3.
Plus very good run on the water games : toobin & prtytime.

Nice second place for DoubleG, who was very close on all those games named previously, and who several times lost points by submitting a little too late (especially for bonus points).
First podium in tourney for Gerhard with 3rd place, and a very good inp on Plotting (better than the gamest record !).
Caseh with his driving abilities catch 4th place to Notman, who had won the Blockjoy contest.

Thanks to all players, it was nice to watch your inputs.
Final rankings there :

WCC will be back next year.

Wow, I can't believe that I won my first MARP tournament, after joining MARP only a few months ago :D

Shooters, racing, and fighting are my favorite genres, so I enjoyed Sorcer Striker and Sengoku 3 the most, out of all the games in WCC6. WolfMAME shows that my play time in Sorcer Striker was 45 hours, and my time in Sengoku 3 was 47 hours!

Double G was a good competitor, he would have won if I hadn't beat him on the last day in some of the games.

Gerhard did very well, better than I expected.

Caseh could have done much better, if he had played all of the games.

Congratulations Pat33999!
Also congratulations to all competitors.
Unfortunately, I watched only a few INPs/weeks of this tournament, but they will be there to be playbacked in the future.

Congratulations Phil!
