One more thing : I've been warned that there is a leeching issue on this game ; if everybody play in the spirit of the game, we shouldn't have to use that, but just in case maybe we gonna use stage reached first, then score (like in fastlane)

Stage first - score as tie breaker sounds perfect. :)
I'm into this one, let's hope my mouse works well ^_^

As you maybe noticed, I try to pick various type of games ; so of course a shooter is in my plans .... you just need to be patient
But of course, as with previous WCCs. I just don't feel like really playing other games right now. :D

Ok, if we are gonna use stages then shouldn't we designate a starting stage? Otherwise everyones just gonna start on stage 12.

Yes if we use stages, we must start to stage 1.

Sorry, I meant stage 9.

Starting on stage 1 sounds good to me. But since phil said we can start on any level we'd like Id like to hear it from the horses mouth that a Stage 1 start is required.

Stage 1 to 8 has less interest (too easy), and bonus given starting at 9 is slighty the same as if you would start at 1.

So after long inps for previous game (pushman), I think for this round we can deal with shorter inp starting on harder levels.

I maintain : start at ANY level you want ; everybody should start at 9 , but feel free to start before if you want

Anyone else experiencing that quantum crashes if player 1 start is pressed too soon? It happens if I press it before frame 600 (about). A little bit annoying...

Yes, it crashes if you press the start button too soon after the credit. You have to wait about a second.

Playback will also crash if you unthrottle before the credit/start sequence.

I play on this game from yesterday :) And I have problem with control mouse in wolfphame72 and alphamame70. I don't have this problem in standard mame61.
Sometimes cursor turn other side than I want or trace disappear when it not should disappear. This problems I don't have in mame61(standard).
I change some options (alphamame70) in vector configuration. Game work a little better (problems don't disappearbut completelly). In mame61 it work best without any problems.

Mega crash game. Never more old stupid classic games.
