I have problem with last pattern on boss 6 (1-6) (without throw bomb). On second loop I search good method for boss 2.

damn it was so long ago.
Now i m not even mentioned as someone who might play and get a decent score
but i managed to upload one score and will try to play other games.

Round 7,8,18,27,41 are not difficult. I agree.(I can get only these 5.)
but other patterns are not easy.

I can not find any 1million points replay.
no one finished yet.(I think 1 day practice is enough to finish this.)

LN2 was jealous for high level players skill.(AS ALWAYS)
and complain without any skill/knowledge.(AS ALWAYS)
and deny incredibly high level skill players skill (AS ALWAYS)
and want to beleave higher skilled replay was made by cheat(AS ALWAYS)

I agree...to even see the patterns from that replay it would take a ton of practice to get even close.

Are you getting 5 rounds of 1-ups for your current score? wow...that's nice. what round are you reaching? I haven't watched any of your replays for rompers.

I have had a few 600+k games from the day aftre you submitted your 1st place for t10 for this game....but with NO 1ups at all...and no 50ks etc. either. Without watching my own replay I forget what round I even made those couple of 600k games(not submitted)...but it was something like round 34.

I actually do well for the later rounds...cuz I practiced those so much to develop patterns cuz a few of those like rnd 40 you almost need an entire pattern to survive the round.

Most rounds I have only starts to each round and then just wing it from there. #29 is the first round where I have a pretty complete pattern for it...tough round to complete otherwise.

patterns obviously needed to achieve high scores.

I was too busy the past couple of weeks though. I haven't played since the day after you submitted your 1st place rompers....anything.

not enough time left to finish t10 so I won't bother...but might be submitting something for the regular rompers track sometime in the near future....figure at least 800k-1+ million would be decent.

although marios bros. is calling me also...want to refine my skills and get 1+ million on that game also(TG settings).

The replay novice provided was a 6.5 million replay with completing the game....nearly flawless play. Ia 10 million possible? perhaps...with excessive end of round leeching after the eveil "fairy" comes out to get you after the timer has run out. The replay URL novice gave has some of that...but it is easy to see with proper planning you could go much further with the end of round beyond time limit leeching.

the mere fact it was done with regular mame and the site it was located at(which is famous for save state combined replays) is why I suspected that specific replay was potentially with save states also. Of course I have no proof and still stated that even if that specific replay used save states it demonstrates truly masterful play.

Green-Woods aka Noo has the Gamest record of 11.080.340.

I doubt he would need to use save states to score around half of that.

Some players in Japan are just that good.

Ok, $50 cash bounty for breaking 5M before the end of T10. $150 for breaking 10M before 23:59 GMT April 27th, 2007. Recordings must be in Wolf101 or 106 and at least 99% average speed. Recordings must be submitted to MARP. Please plan on leaving your recording at MARP and not deleting it after receiving your bounty payout.

I'll post a more formal announcement later. For the purposes of this bounty, leeching your remaining lives on the last screen is allowed (and for 10M will definitely be required).

What???? I didn't say anything about Rompers. Are you on crack or something?

I stopped playing Rompers about 3-4 weeks ago, cuz LN2 or anybody isn't playing Rompers on T10. I'm pretty much focusing other 7 games like Dungeon Magic, Darkstalker, Mario Bros and etc.

Bounty! No thanks, but I could get up to round 50 and quit from there. I don't even like the ending bonus at all. They should add 1m points for finishing the games instead of getting all the 1ups and leech from there. The game is useless IF I finish the game without any 1ups and it would probably be less than 1.2m.

I have a huge respect for NOO for uploading old Rompers replays long time ago at MARP before he removed it and I do not want to copy any of his tactics to get multiples 1ups or try to get 5m or more.

Good luck Destructor, Novice, Ln2 or anybody if you plan to play Rompers and try to crack 10m. You going to need a lot of save states and a lot of practice to memorize all 61 rounds.

I would prefer the old version over the new version, due the cpu's timing causing random enemies' pattern.

watching the patterns is one thing - copy them is another.
i tried few of them 50 000 is easy somtimes.
this game doesnt allow any mistakes
even single one.
