My current MARP record should not be taken into account. That record was played using the default settings of last versions of MAME (a lot of extra lifes). Using the original arcade machine default settings (only 2 extra lives) the maximum score is less than 1.500.000 points.

For the stage one car, you must destroy every enemy that appears from the start of the stage up to the area where the car appears. The first stage bonus car doesn't appear in my games NEVER... so maybe it is not random. The cars of the three stage appear in my games sometimes, but I think all my games are very similar, using the same patterns and the same shoot type and number of bombs.

As I said before, the 50.000 points cars are random (I think so). But there is a hidden star (50.000 points) at stage 1 and other one at stage 4. Shooting a concrete part of the screen during a lot of time is required. The cars can appear at stage 1 (only one car) and stage 3 (one, two or three cars...

Anybody knows how to get consistantly the 50k bonus on round 1, or is it just random ?
