Isn't this taking splitting a bit far? What's gonna happen when MAME starts emulating arcade MAME cabinets ? A 7000 way split!?

Input Lag
Anyone else noticing some extra keyboard input lag in the more recent versions of MAME? Not all games but most games are responding to keys 2 or 3 frames too late which makes new high score attempts a bit tricky. Marble Madness has once again become a bit silly too, the inertia of the trackball simu...

Good luck everyone. Maybe I could've made it into the top 36 if I'd put more time into Phelios but scrolling shoot'em'ups is one of my achilles heels having to constantly tap the fire button and move in 8 directions simultaneously on the keyboard. Also I've been without my own computer for a while. ...

Sequoiaview hard disk space map
Just been having some fun with this program. It does a squarified treeview of the files on your hard disk. You can move around your files in real time after it's done the initial scan, and zoom in and out. Not surprisingly MAME takes up a large portion of my 80Gb disk as you can see, the purple squa...

Oops, I meant 4 billion not 4 million which was enough to get inside the top 200 at the time. I started one handed then moved to two as you describe, ended up with thousands of credits and most of the token songs. Didn't mean to hijack the thread Destructor :). That Tetris clip is the best I've ever...

Emuloader would be fine if it was finished but for me it's too unstable, bloated, buggy and unintuitive (I mean that in a constructive way). However it you persevere with it, with luck you may get it working and do OK for now. A GUI frontend is necessary if you don't know all the game names and you ...
