Why not the contrary ? Keep all recent scores as they are (default), and just mention "tg settings" for old scores ...

I vote yes, but for scoring we should use the "$ earns" scoring used by the game (which is directly calculated with points for/points against and level of your opponent - I'll give you the formula later)
