If for some reason we end up using this, would the encryption keys be downloaded files or would they be codes that we input?

Also I'm going to assume that all scores will be verified. If an inp has playback problems or doesn't follow guidelines then that will change the results.

After that I have a few problems from controls not responding in time (mainly bombs)

Survival's not trivial though, since you can't take hits all the time like in Vandyke.
