Did you happen to use wolf148 to do your recording? We were trying to figure it out, and I thought to play it back with 148, which worked.

I'm ok with it in this specific case due to the qualifier, but to keep things from getting out of hand, this will happen once. The next player who would have qualified is essekappa. We will not go further in the list should he decline.

Re: [K11] Round 3 - Jackal [jackal]

ATTN: Paulo Valmir We have noticed an odd issue with your inp files, specifically that there is a notable difference in the duration of your play and reporting done by MAME's backend. We have tested this across all other players, as well as in recordings outside of this tournament, and noticed no su...

Re: [K11] Round 3 - Jackal [jackal]

Please note that due to the requirement of playing at least two of the qualifiers to advance, the maximum number of participants is locked at 29, which means only the top 16 players will advance to the next round. (32 was the participation threshold for it to be top 30). The following players must s...

saluonpb, your recording runs at 78% speed. Can you try using wolf148 and/or frameskip to see if that helps?

Good catch; I've clarified this in the rules. Sorry if anyone was planning on "skipping" this week for that reason.

On that note, the first week is nearing its end, with just over 24 hours to go. Scores will be accepted until 7pm CST (not 6pm, due to the DST shift) or 23:59 GMT, tomorrow.

While it would certainly be possible to organize and run K11 by the end of 2013, please remember that K10 was held just four months ago.

Re: T12 - Rules and Games - Clasification

Is it intentional to make a first place finish on a game with 6 players worth less than a first place finish on a game with 15 players? With no actions on his part, Phil could go from 9th overall to first or second if other players would fill out Libble Rabble and Snax'n Jackson. To a more extreme e...
