Yeah heheh I noticed that... If you read the notes at the end he descibes the TnF challenge as a 'put up or shut up' challenge - so many claim to have 98k+ so he wants someone to do it. But I agree, it ain't gonna happen - unless someone does it on a machine rather than mame and they have high score...

Couple of points, both probably well known but hey... A quick google turns up a comment that KK had 'loads' of 98k+ scores - obviously well above his 'record' and he reckons his best one-round-only score was 101k. Itseems sensible to assume that as it was arcade, then high scores were present. This ...

I would say inconsistent is the word of the day cos I've played lots of games today and times ranged from 8.15 and down. As I said above, sometimes there is a block which you have to alter your running spped to get past. In that inp there didn't seem to be one so I was up to 12xx quickly. I think, li...

I will see what I can do in the new year.. There's a couple of people at work with video phones that should be able to do the trick... I do agree about being 'bettered' by a non-conforming controller but it's all I have. I haven't played a real cab in a long time and doubt i'd be much faster than 7....

It's funny you should mention leaf-switch buttons - that's the only thing putting me off buying or building a dedicated controller, cos I can't seem to find them anywhere... Some people got em off ebay but I've never been there at the right time. The gf won't go for a full cab (even tho a company he...
