I've tried both with all sorts of settings and all I get is 700 points. I also have problems with his (Daimon) 1941 recording.

Re: baseball games

There is several ties in several baseball games ; this poll is to know if you think we also should count defense in them (like we already do in other sport games) An easy scoring would be : score = 10x(points for) - points against First of all I think that we should find out if it should be allowed...

And it DOES matter what versions people use, for obvious reasons which it seems you still need help with. Newbies to the board will NOT have old version of mame. If new players want to view recordings that were submitted on old versions they are screwed. It should be mandatory to submit all recordi...

It is unpacked as 005.inp, so that should not be a problem.

005 playback problems

I can't get this one to playback. http://marp.retrogames.com/inp/dax_005_33500_win37b14.zip The game always gets stuck in the first warehouse on a score of just 700. When I try to play it back on DOS 37b14 it does not say the standard phrase 'Playing back previously recorded game 005 (005) [press re...

:( This is sad.

A huge thank you for all your work on MARP during the years. I hope you'll return to become an editor sometime in the future when you get more time.

Thank you.

Yes, but its a 2 players game against the computer and the fact that you can only control one player (unless you are very skilled :-) ) makes it even harder.

I can't get any of the recordings to play back using the announched emulators either. Best I can do: BBH - 91700 with sound is the best I can do. It goes out of sync at the start of the second stage. JFA - 28900 without sound. ARX - 15700 with sound. Would it help to get these players cfg files? Bye.

Script problems

Hi I'm not even sure if this belongs here in this group, if not please move it. It seems there's a script problem when you search for the game 'scorpng'. Nothing comes up and when you search for games released with version 59 it cuts off the list when it comes to that game. Could this be fixed? Bye.

I've also tried them all without any luck. It seems it must be recorded with fs0.

Hi Skito I didn't know there were 2 versions of MAME32 - 58. My version does not crash. Anyway, I've just uploaded my MAME32 - 59 recording of knckhead. Please try it out. So, if my version of MAME32 - 58 does not crash it shouldn't be capable of playing back knckhead, right? Still I playbacked SPer...

I don't agree when it comes to knckhead playbackability. I've confirmed SPerrault score of 67.700 which was recorded with MAME32 - 58. I also played it back with that version of MAME 32. Also I've made a new recording (not yet uploaded, BTW BBH, thanks for showing me some tactics :D ) with MAME 32 -...

I thought I did, but something must have went wrong for me then. Trying again shows that it works. Thanks.

Police Trainer

Hi

This is my first post here, so I hope it works out fine :D

Can anyone get Police Trainer to playback? When I play it back it just keeps doing weird stuff on the setting screens. This goes for Game Guru's upload too.

Anyone?

Bye.
