Kaiser Knuckle (kaiserkn)

http://marp.retrogames.com/inp/krf_kais ... _win61.zip

Plays back to 541,400. Only a petty difference. :D Tried in XMAME 0.61. Other clone recordings of Kelly's play back fine.

D'oh! Could've sworn I was logged in... 'Twas me, Barthax. I only asked 'cause the Speccy Tour 2002 had particulars & I figured it'd be better safe than sorry. ;-)

As it happens, I'm finding the game far more difficult than I remember, so I haven't yet completed a single round anyway. ;-(

Minor change, I believe previous blandia's were the prototype.

New Originals:
blandia "Blandia" [blandia]

Changed Short:
blandia -> blandiap "Blandia (prototype)" [blandia]

For each Chemic you throw away, one is added to the bottom row. Throw away the 'bonus' chemics that allow you to damage the bubbles & they will come back... more points to be had. (Sorry for the lack of game jargon, but I'm new to the game.) I am disappointed at not seeing this 400k game though. I'd...

The scoring system I was referring to was indeed the MARP system - fair enough if you don't know. :)

BTW: I'm Welsh, there just isn't many rugby games out there, so the next best thing is... definitely not (our) football. :D

Thanks for the reply. Would it be possible to reopen it. Perhaps you can answer this also: Why do some of the American Football games show score lines where a perfectly good points-system is available (High Impact for example)? Score lines do not differenciate between terrible game play with luck & ...

Super High Impact (shimpact)

Could someone please explain why Super High Impact (shimpact) was archived? I have looked through the board but have been unable to locate a reason.

There are some significantly worse versions of American Football out there. (Why football? It's played with the hands!)

The Invaders (tinv2650)

Hi all, Just thought I'd let you know my findings. With XMAME, The Invaders will not playback correctly unless the frame skip used is the same as that recorded. If, while playing, some of your shots seem to go through the aliens, you're not running at frameskip 0 - the collision detection is somehow...

I've had some niggles as well - but only with large inps and not exclusive to Phil Lamat's submissions. MARP supports resumes, so beginning the download again will continue from where it left off. ;-)

Astro Fighter 10K fuel bonus

Has anyone else been able to get a 10k bonus on Astro Fighter's fuel ship? I have two inps (one on MARP under astrof) that show this bonus occuring. I have not been able to establish the reason why I got the bonus & was wondering if anyone else could shed some light? On one I get the bonus at the 2n...

I'm curious how much the TG settings have influenced decisions in the past? I bring this up as the Tournament settings for Tempest have just been altered & a player may start from up to level 9.

Just curious...
