I'd forgotten what else made me think this technique was just a silly 'trick'... P had never used it up till now, and those were games (which I'd repeatedly beaten) in which he'd always used his remaining lives up at the end - as you do, to maximise your score. But in this game he completes the game...

The helicopters increase? Sorry, I didn't notice that.

Well, I suppose I'll just have to beat the score myself. Shouldn't be a major problem. 8)

Anyway, thanks for checking it out.

I should add that only P's side-firing method of leeching should be banned. As you can probably see, what P does is a very specific method and allows a player to last indefinitely with little skill.

Ban technique on tndrcadj,tndrcade?

Could some MARP Powers At Be please consider the technique employed by 'P' in his tndrcadj INP (1st)? It occurs at the very end of the game and, as P himself says, is a "permanent leeching" technique... My own opinion is that allowing this technique destroys meaningful competition on this ...

What I'm really floored by though is the Japanese skill on shooters and DDR. Going through DoDonPachi on one life, or full-perfecting MAX300 on DDRMAX... how the fuck is that possible by human beings?! Did I see the same DoDonPachi recording as you? If people want to see, there's a no-miss recordin...

Re: Hisa - Nice 1943 recording.

In your "comments" you said that movi=2. I believe this "movi" are spacemen, correct? The people in white suits, they go to the moon, in space, etc., correct? Joey, (replying for Hisa:) The character is "Alpha" from Sidearms. Also appears in 19XX (Stages 2 thru 5, at l...

I agree that the weaker hand should operate the controller and the stronger hand (right if you're right-handed) do the firing. This is also how instruments such as the violin, guitar are played: the PHYSICALLY demanding stuff is done with the weaker hand. I would imagine this is because it frees the...

Re: Help! - Button Presses per second?

Well, the other day in school, kids were competing to see who could press a button on a calculator the most times within a minute. I currently still have the record at 505, which really sucks. :( This made me think..... ... (I'm left handed by the way, but I have to use my right hand to press the b...
