What default folder?

I've looked in the INI file and the paths in it are correct. Still no games in wolfmame.

OK...... So I spent the last several hours replaceing the arcade monitor with a SVGA monitor. Put in a new HD and CD-rom. Installed win 98. It didn't like the old ISA sound card so I tossed in a new PCI card. Installed all drivers (MB, video, sound). Installed newest DirectX. Installed Wolfmame 0.78...
