VS Super Mario

I heard that rumors that there is a World 9 on arcade version or possibly World A-D. Although, it does still exist on NES probably on Japanese version???

Could anybody explain how the trick works and how to get there on World 9.

Here the pix!

But... check it out the scores on ddragon2 and crimefig. Both of them finished in one credit. Although, I couldn't get Vendetta inp working, due old r...

Hi! Saw the list of bounties for Y2K5. I saw another japanese web site other day. This guy KUB has scored 727k & 606k on Crazy Climber (Japan). This guy is totally amazing to watch and I wonder if he could do it on the real machine. I wonder if he could do it on the US version or not to beat the...

What a great score, The Pro on SI, Galaxian, Tetris, Timber, and Wizard of Wor! 8O Finally, another oldest recording has be beaten, again! Congrats on the Galaxian and Part 4. I wonder if Mark Lyon has to come out retirement to regain his old high score, again. If you were here 5 years ago, yo...

Bishop of Battle! Yeah! I remember that movie when I was kid. It's look like Tron meet Bezerk. Where Emilio break in the arcade after hours to break his own high score ended up stuck in the video game. Sound like BBH is still stuck in the video game and awaiting new challenger to dethrone him. Heh! ...

Zhorik wrote If the consensus is that TG settings shouldn't be used for this game since they are easier than MAME defaults, I'm ok with that and will switch settings. I picked the TG settings since most of the scores already present say they used TG settings and since I'm fairly sure the TG settings...

Jungleh

Great score Gastrainga on Jungle Hunt. My questions is that I don't think that is the right TG settings on Jungle Hunt. Although, I remember Jungle King very well. On the second or third loop, when you jump on the vine where the monkey (gorilla??) are standing. If you wait too long the monkey should...

Boy that would be interesting if anybody could reach after the first loop then reach the reverse gravity on second loop in Mame. The reverse gravity is the hardest one and I highly doubtful if anybody could pass it. An old friend of mine did that once back in early '80's and made it through to third...

John, I thought they're selling those video games for public and private use. TJT... Sorry! I forgot about G. Tee. I could not imagine anybody ever buy that machine and try to make an investment out of that. It's will take about 12,000 quarters to make your investment back! Also, don't forget about ...

Arcade Reproduction

Hi! Just saw a weird magazine called Brookstone. They're selling arcade reproduction of classic '80 video games likes of Ms Pac/Galaga, Defender I & II, Joust/Robotron, Centipede/Missile Command, and Space Invader/Qix. The prices are very steep around $2,995.00 (usd) and I was wondering is that ...

Thanks Tar! Also, thanks for pointing out the '666' the Number of the Beast screenshot that I didn't noticed that before. Originally, my old high score was 492k back in early '80s. I don't even remember that version was harder than I used to played back then. Maybe the dip switches are wrong. ...

Thanks for the info, BBH! Hopefully, you may might want to add the Pleasure Dome inp to the Easter Egg! How to reach the Dome? I must been thinking about the older versions of Smash TV / Total Carnage were everybody is trying to get at least 255 keys to get the Dome. I don't even recall ever seeing ...
