is mistaken..

there is no switch..

basically they went back to
command line, which is the
XP 32 bit shell.. it's NOT DOS at all..

yes, there is pc emulation coming,
but that's a different story that
you already know about..

you'll end up using DOSBOX to run mame, it should work.. dont' worry about the error message.. uhhh... if it''s asking for a DLL, then it's obviously not the DOS version of MAME... And the main OS for MAME has been Windows since 0.37b15. i guess what i meant, is that Vista/Xp don't run DOS natively...

yeah i get 3.1million too, it's possible this was confirmed by Rick (Ln2) with a mac. darn!!! has anyone replayed the top score on dig dug? http://replay.marpirc.net/r/digdug i tried the top score twice..(under mame56.. mame55 crashes with an error).. yeah, i know its a mac file, but it says its compatible.. it stops at 204, around 3.1 million... haven't tried don hayes 2nd place, but it doe...
